Vampire abilities not responding properly after Patch?

Is any one else having issues with their Vampire abilities not responding properly after the patch?
My character feels like it is completely useless now. Where prior to the patch I was able to kill a 4 enemy mob of level 45 Daedra on my own, I can't even do that now with 2 at the same time because my abilities are not responding like they should.
I am a V1 NightBlade.
I am really beginning to become unsatisfied with this game. Can they not fix any thing without screwing something else up?
