Quests are gone from my Journal

I just turned in my final Rift quest to the Skald-King (Honrich Tower) and when I went to check my journal, all my other quests, other than Cyrodiil, were gone. I had the 'gather the armies' quest for Coldharbour in there, amongst some others. Now only the Cyrodiil quests remain. This is upsetting ... I hope I can get those quests back without difficulty.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I'm having similar issues. Some quest have been rolled back to the beginning, others are gone altogether.

Yes, I just started new quests in Bangkori and I'm missing the quest called "City In Black" which was there last night. Good thing for me I had just started it, so I haven't lost anything significant.

Same problem here. All of my quests are gone, except one guild quest.

Yup, lost two of them tonight (as did my teammate). Fortunately we were near the end of the zone and it was easy to remember where to pick them up again. If we'd been in our usual mid-zone condition where we were carrying 17 quests we'd have had to make the run of the whole zone again just to see what got nuked.

Zenimax, I usually think the "Do you people have the slightest idea how to make a MMO" raging is way overblown, but I'm losing faith quick. The quest achievement display bug and quests vanishing from the journal without warning are the kind of thing that give a player zero confidence in ANY of their data - "Well, I can't trust this game, it might just destroy my progress without warning" and that stuff should have been caught on the private test server.
I have just told you more than I know.

Same issue. I'm VR10 and got to the point in a few quests that all I had to do was turn them in. I only got to log in for 30 minutes but noticed that many were simply gone. I was almost maxed at my quest limit and it looks like 7-8 are missing.

I'm having the same problem with the Grahtwood quest 'The Honor of the Queen'. Logged out before the patch on Wednesday (NA Server) just before I was about to enter the Middens, and logged in post-patch and my follower guy disappeared saying to go talk to the Prince in the Throne room. I did and realized that my progress had been set back. So I repeated the lost steps until I was at the Middens entrance again and as soon as I entered the Middens my follower disappeared along with the quest from my journal. When I exited the Middens, there was a NPC with a quest marker on his head and when I spoke with him, I picked up the stupid quest again from the beginning! Uggggh!

Has anyone else had problems with this quest?

Has anyone /bugged this in-game and gotten a response? I haven't been able to log in since yesterday and am not sure if I'm even going to bother with this.

Please can we have an official word about the problem with active quest resetting or vanishing from the quest book please?

Probably not... as you can see above, a ZOS employee has already hit this thread and said NOTHING, which is rather disheartening for any of us that got hit with this. My main is in Coldharbor right now and lost all progress on all quests and lost every quest that was in my journal.

ZOS - You should learn that silence is more damaging than a simple statement of, "We're looking into it". Acknowledgement is better than ignoring a problem - this is how you keep or lose customers.
