Combat lag after patch?

Here's another annoying bug I've found since the patch. I'm wanting to see if it's just me...

I've noticed that when I'm fighting a mob, my skills will lag after I hit the corresponding keys. They will take 1/2 to a full second to activate after I press the keys. Obviously, this makes things very hard.

That's by design. Read their Patch Notes. They mentioned that all skills will have a delay. Ergo every skill now has a cool down.

Must have missed that in the loads of patch notes... Well that sucks. This makes combat much harder...

A cd dial in the form of a shaded area over the skill would be really nice...

No it is not a cooldown. My cc, prism, reverse slash all spam until mp or stanimia gone. But their is lag when moving now.
