When I logged out last night I was on (Veteran)Threat Of Death in Shornhelm and Risen from the Depths in Alik’r Desert. Today after the patch those quests are not in my journal.
So I was able to pick up Threat of Death by going where quest giver was, but Risen from the Depth I can't get, because I can't find the queen in Rivenspire to get the quest that sends you there.
In the "Removed Achievements" thread, there were also people reporting missing active quests after the patch. Well, I'm on the EU server, the patch will come in a few hours - now I ask myself: Should I abandon my open quests now so that I simply can accept them anew after the patch? Currently, my main char has three quests open in Bangkorai: "A Handful of Stolen Dreams", "Striking Back" (probably the most important one of these, by King Emeric) and "The Returned". Also some in Cyrodiil and an old one in Glenumbra, but these don't bother me particularly. Probably abandoning the quests will create the clearest state...
Me too. I started another thread but will put this here to consolidate things. Logged in to eagle's strand and had to get the razum-dar quest again and the books quest again. Hazak's hollow quest was still in my journal so I ran off to do it. Finished it and it erased all the quests in my journal. Went back to eagle's strand and he gave me the quest again.
