Nah , it is more of an usual thing that i joined together in this game:

In ES games i always play a rogue/mage/vampire + In MMOs i always try to play the holy warrior be it paladin... = Im a templar/vampire in this one.

This game is far too diferent to the usual ES game , reason i dont really miss going behind and doing the usual backstab dance , to begin with , i never play the single player ES games in third person view , which is pretty much all i do in this one.

Werewolf, tried vamp didn't like it. Love the wolf but TBH at the moment its crap, ultimate is way too short and many bugs. Hopefully Zeni will fix these issues though to make being a WW actually enjoyable !

I'm a vamp, turned after the nerf too so don't call me FOTM!
The life drain comes in handy in PVE, still not sure its a wise setup for PVP since I only really use mist form and batswarm there.

I didn't play either in any of the Elder Scrolls games until Skyrim when I played drunk and ended up with my character drinking out of a blood filled bowl.

That said, the amount of times I changed into a werewolf while playing can be counted on one hand .... if that hand had all it's fingers removed.

Never once used it.

Not a fan of the whole werewolf/vamp thing.

Now Skeever bites .... that's another story.

My main character recently became a vampire, it was an unplanned, spur-of-the-moment decision I made when I stumbled, alone, across a group of Bloodfiends. I'm still getting used to the mechanics, but it's an interesting change of pace.

Werewolf. I was a werwolf in Skyrim and I really like werewolf lore. I became one just in TESO too but soon found out it is useless. I just kept it for profit, sellin bites every week. I'll cure myself as soon as I reach V10 and fully dedicate to PvP.

I choose not to be either before I would know the impact of being one. Knowing the good and the bad.

You DONT get that in a release. Everyone who played any type of MMO with classes, knows there are balances in the start.

Right now, if I make an alt, I might consider vampire, but ONLY if the fix them as they promised. I dont want to play something thats overly overpowered. Thats boring. But both vampires and WW adds to the flavour of the game and I like that they are in it. I do giggle when people whine about vampires getting fixed....when the only reason they became one, was to be overpowered.....

My Main is Vampire since a Group of Bloodfiends in VR 5 Rift.
Now with VR 10 i dont need the Lifedrain and hate the relog after every Death in AvA.
With the next free Respec i cure myself.^^

I have two vampires and working on getting a third bitten. I've always played vampires in Elder Scrolls games and I enjoy the roleplay aspect of them.

Why is there no both option? I have more than one character. One is a vampire, one is a werewolf, and the others are neither.

My highest level character is a vampire at VR4. Vampiric Drain is one of my most used abilities, and I always slot Devouring Swarm for my ultimate. The extra fire damage is a bit rough, but at this level, I'm pretty sure those strong fire spells would one shot me even without the 50% damage increase. Most lightning and physical power attacks can one shot me too.

My second highest character is a level 30 werewolf. I was infected at level 12, then rushed to level 20 after realizing you have 7 days to do the quest. I was able to complete the quest at level 20, but it was rather difficult. I find it to be a lot more fun than the vampire skill line, but far more limiting. The cost is just too high for the short duration.

Didn't vote simply because there isn't an "all of the above" option. I have one vampire character, one werewolf, and several that fall into the neither category.

My pretty Altmer NB healer was bitten once (farmed for days and days) and turned into a vampire and lost all her beauty. Something I just could not live with. Luckily I found a friendly priest that was willing to cure her for a small fee. Now she's pretty again.

Deleted my level 30 vampire , the flavor just wasn't there . Maybe if vamps were more like in Morrowind where sunlight would insta kill you and townsmen would hunt you down and not do business with you , yeah I might just become one .

I wasn't planning on it, but then on a whim decided to buy a vamp bite. I'm only lvl3 and haven't decided if I like it or not, yet. As of now I'd rather not be a vamp, but I need to get used to the advantages and disadvantages. At this low level I don't really see a big pro to being a vamp, and I liked the way my character looked beforehand, haha.
