Issues With Cadwell's Silver Requirements.

Like the title says, I have a small issue with Cadwell's Silver quest requirements. I seem to have passed over two mandatory quest hubs in Stormhaven while in the process of leveling in the veteran zones. Although I do remember collecting ogre teeth for Shinji's Scarp, and passing orders on to a group of solders posted at At-Tura Estate. But neither of the hubs are considered complete yet.

Ive searched Shinji's Scarp and the Estate 4 times each now, and their surrounding areas. There's no more quests for me to pick up, Ive also looked at the zone map, and all the other points of interest and hubs are marked as complete. Ive asked for help two times in-game so far, and I have gotten responses from customer service.

But they have been telling me to do the same stuff I already have been doing. Search surrounding areas for floating quests and talk to a certain Captain Dugakh to start the scarp quests.

If that had fixed the problem, I wouldn't have put in another request for help, or bothered to reply to emails.

Either way, I'm sorry for the long read/rant, but I'm lost as to what I should do. The help/support I've received thus far hasn't improved my situation at all. And I've been stuck here for a week now.

My hope is with this new thread is to see if I can get a more constructive response from fellow players or from a customer support representative. Or at the very least see if others have a similar problem. It feels so wrong to be stuck like this and seem to be the only one.

I am in a similar predicament. I can't find anymore quests in the zone and have not finished those two areas.

You may have to go back to those zones and run around a little bit to see if a quest marker pops up.

I had noticed when I was going through my first Vet areas that quest markers would pop up for areas I had already been in after I had finished other quests, instead of showing they were available when I was in that area. I thought it was weird.

Anyone figure this problem out? Having the same trouble now. No quest givers for Shinji's Scarpe or Firebrand Keep. I also abandoned the collect the shard quest at At-Tura Estate and can't get it back now.

You can try this Addon it shows you on your Map where you can find Quests.

I use that add-on. No more quests show up. Like the OP I've turned in the ogre teeth and talked to the person at At-Tura Estate and that's where the line ends. One of those people are supposed to give a followup quest or point you to another quest and, they don't. Not to mention I can't get the one I abandoned back either.

Some of the points of interest in the game require multiple quests to be completed in order to progress. Shinji's Scarp starts with "General Godrun's Orders," which can be found from General Godrun right here:



This is a part of the main quest that persists through the area of Stormhaven.

If you continue to experience issues with this quest, we'd be happy to open a customer support ticket for you. They can compare the area's quests with the quests you have completed to let you know what's left and where to look!

Seems to be a bug. Went to the place you show on the map where the general is supposed to be, and he's not there. Not in the building "officers quarters" or outside anywhere.

I'm glad and sorry that I wasn't the only one with this issue. And sincerely hope that Thorntk's issue was/is resolved. I fixed this one on my own I guess.

There was a pre-quest at a monastary I think? After all the events that transpired there. A simple one that leads into Shinji's Scarp. I didn't take it right away for some reason.

A response like ZOS_GaryA's would have been perfect.

General is there for me,but theres no quest.He just says goodbye.I did the Orc soldier talking to bit,and then no more quest.I have been trying and trying to find the thread again,but nothing.I did the monestary one,or so it says on my map.Says I saved it. I seem to hav3e been there some time ago,but,now there is not a thing to get.

Ah, the joys of theme-park MMOs, if you miss even the most obscure and out of the way quest your entire progress is blocked and the game gives you no way to figure out what you need to do beyond mindless running about looking for a black '!'

I got stuck in Deshaan for a long time because I hadn't gone down a road the quest designer assumed I'd take and so missed a '!'.

Well I sent in a request for help on Monday never heard back to even acknowledge the request. Sent in a request for live help today still no response. I completed all of gold and silver but for shinji's scarp. However, as far as I can tell I have done all 4 quests for it. I have ridden around all of stormhaven looking to see if somehow I missed a quest anywhere in the zone to no avail. I had a guild member who has not done any of the quests ride around with me another time so I could check every quest marker he showed to see if there was the start of some quest chain I was not seeing to no avail. I am at a total lost. Tonight I rode around again still nothing. I went back a zone looking to see if there was some quest starter there that took me to the scarp that I missed still nothing. I have gone through the delves to see if there was a quest i missed inside that somehow effect the scarp nothing showed. Please help

Unfortunately the quest line breaks after you are first sent to the scarp... why would the next quest giver be so far from the finish of the first?... but, thankfully cap whatshisname was where the map pointed...would be nice to be encouraged to go there after the general's quest was done

This solved the issue for me! I had the similar issue, after completing the main questiline for Stormhaven I still hadn't finished Shinji's Scarp. After locating Captain Dugakh and collecting him his damn teeth got this done and can now move onward to Rivenspire

That doesn’t solve the issue of necroing old threads of the long-distant past.
