on April 1st i received an email stating that my account had been suspended i however did not try to login until the 3rd of April and found that my account had been suspended via an in game message. I immediately responded to the email sent to me with the required information, it has since been a week and the only other emails I've received have been the password reset for when i was securing my account and one saying i need to resubmit a ticket via the support website which i did but i never received a support ticket confirmation email with a ticket number so the only ticket number i have is the initial one which is 260401-001629
