I think my game bugged, said I didn't have ESO+

Logged in, my renewal is in mars so ESO+ is very active, somehow I got a notification that I don't have ESO+ so I restarted the game and suddenly it said I got 170 items and my mount reset, and now I have an icon about new items everywhere, mildly annoying. Don't know if anything else messed up so thought I'd ask here if any one experienced the same?
