I bought gold road and activated it this morning, but I didn't receive the pets.
The activation receipt is dated 03.18.2024 09:41am UTC.

I can't open tickets from the site

I always get an error when authenticating

    I have the same issue. Not sure what options to pick when opening a ticket.
