I bought gold road and activated it this morning, but I didn't receive the pets.
The activation receipt is dated 03.18.2024 09:41am UTC.

I can't open tickets from the site

I have the same issue. Not sure what options to pick when opening a ticket.

Hello! Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using another browser or device when submitting a ticket?

Changing PC works. I'll probably have to clean up my browser.
