What is this? And why this only happens when we're in the middle of a ranked Tales Of Tribute matched?
There's no message, nothing. I just get removed from the match and I can't find any way to return. Any ideas?

Yes, you are correct. I thought it was related to Tales Of Tribute because I was playing a lot of it at that moment and it was always happen during those matches.
