What is this? And why this only happens when we're in the middle of a ranked Tales Of Tribute matched?
There's no message, nothing. I just get removed from the match and I can't find any way to return. Any ideas?

Btw... it still happens occasionally without addons turned on, and we also lose points and get a deserter penalty. It doesn't feel right. Is this normal?

Yes, you are correct. I thought it was related to Tales Of Tribute because I was playing a lot of it at that moment and it was always happen during those matches. But it happened again right now while I was just doing some quest, so it must be caused by something else. Thank you, I'll check @ZOS_Bill indications.
