Accidentally spelled my email wrong reference #231006-004713

I have been trying for a few days now to get access to my account online. When I had originally bought the game several years ago I accidentally spelled my email address wrong (dumb I know) but didn't realize it, just thought it was odd I didn't get the email. Flash forward to now when I wanted to start playing again with the new expansion that came out, I realized I couldn't access the online account. I created the mistake email hoping that I could get the activation code email and it never came. Support has been little help in this situation, wanting names of deleted characters, code that I may have redeemed years ago. I have given screenshots showing proof that I had bought the game on steam, proven things that I had bought from the crown store previously, and none of it is enough to prove that I own the account?! Can someone just send me the account activation code, please!?!
