    We are seeing queues for NA in excess of 40 minutes now what is going on? if its that bad my opinion is just to take the server down.

    US Prime Time. It is much better on the EU server right now. They are all asleep in their beds, while visions of antiquities dance in their heads.

    Lag in EU, lag in Maelstrom arena, crashed due to lag and now I'm struggling to load back in. Congratulations on the 'fix'.

    Have not been able to get for 3 hrs. queue times are increasing, not going down. I haven't gotten close to getting since earlier this afternoon. I did pay for it, in case you don't understand.

    This is my FIFTH queue of the day, because i can barely get into the game before I crash and get thrown back into yet another queue. I'm done if I get another, because what is the point anymore? NvvlS26.png

    I have now been placed into the wait time queue but the wait time doesn't look to be going down. It is just stuck at 3 min 49 sec. Should it be actually counting down?

    It should go down as people leave the server and more spots open up. That said, it's not always 100% accurate on the timing.

    At least your wait time is under 45 minutes! Seems to me you're lucky... So much for doing any part of my website updates that cannot be accomplished via the PTS or getting to the writs I couldn't do last night or perhaps even thinking about enjoying 5 minutes of playing the game. :(:(:(

    Same with me, I can access greymoor on EU server but it says content locked on NA Server - using the same account.

    ZOS Need to refund everyone money this is crazy been sitting in this Que for 1hr now and it still haven't moved. Just take down the server and roll back the servers. This is a very bad experience for paying customers.

    It's not even the queue for me. It's the fact that at the end of the queue, you'll get into the game, some random thing will force you to either restart your PC, log out, or crash and then you will be given a brand new queue of long length. Many players are being disconnected after only a few minutes of playing. Being in a queue for 1 hour only to play for 3 minutes and then get another 45 minute queue is worse than just shutting down the game.

    And yeah, I am working so I do have to get up tomorrow, can't wait around. And still waiting for my physical copy.

    So glad I bought Greymoor chapter <heavy sarcasm> I have about an hour to play when I get home. Queue says 38 min 4 sec. 30 minutes later, "Login Failed". Try again....42 minute wait. Guess I am out of luck. Thanks for nothing ZOS....

    Then how about giving us some updates as to what the hell is going on and what you're doing about it and when we can expect things to get back to normal.

    In the defense of ZoS, the very first message of this thread did give an update, at least as far as an initial broadcast that they were investigating the issues.

    But, in Ardan147's defense, that was 6 hours ago, so .... gotta feed the citizenry :wink:

    So, the launch was promised today but we have to wait until tomorrow before this is fixed? Not good enough.

    If this is how business is run, I’m surprised you’re still in business.

    Many businesses experience delays and issues.
    In fact, all companies, with just a few exceptions.

    You'd know and understand that if you had ever run one. But you haven't, have you ?

    And to further answer your question.

    Run one? Nope. Worked for one? Going on several years now.

    I've seen the business have to give out refunds to customers and it pushes them not to offer a repeat performance. I have literally seen them sit down, analyse the problem and work out a plan to fix it.

    This is the first time I've seen customers treated so poorly.

    I don't understand how you asked us to be civil when you just going to make people wait whole additional day to pay for content that has been on the PTS for weeks. I understand that stuff happen switching over to Live but you know the issue and you still haven't brought down the servers and perform an roll back and work on the broke parts. The Server need to be taken down and rolled back.

    The community would understand that much better than just having us wait in a login Queue for endless waiting time.

    Because of the insane PC NA queue times (over 40 minutes) I tried to swap to PC EU but the login screen won't let me. Every time I hit "leave the queue" it throws me back in before I have a chance to select the other server. This is mind bogglingly frustrating.

    Maelstrom is a mess. Everything works until I go into Maelstrom and then it’s a boot back to the login screen and yet another queue. So incredibly frustrating.

    Please. These queues are way, way worse than the loading screens. Please turn it off. 5 min loading screens are way better than a 40min queue.
