I just re d/l the game and wanted to play.. when I enter my login info it says the account is inactive.. I go to my account page to activate or look to add eso plus.. but I don't see any options to do so.. How do you actuvate your account?

Nothing is on the right hand side at all.. I had to post help to d/l the game and the g, I talked to said there should be an option to d/l on the right side.. there is nothing on my account info on the right side.. I have tried Chrome..IE and firefox0 -
