That's not up to ZOS, that's up to Sony and MS.

Sony and Microsoft both have a policy of not allowing unscreened material on their networks.

All of the indie games and stuff on there have to be approved first. Addons require frequent updates because of patches changing things and the like. This is the same reason you don't find mods on consoles for other TES games.

By the time you get your addons submitted, screened and approved, you'd need to have it updated again.

It's easier for ZOS to push a patch to them, have them scan it, approve it and push it through XBL and PSN than it is for the guy that makes addons.

It's just not feasible with their polices.

Yes, you can get mods to work on Xbox in some of the TES games by loading your save file onto a thumb drive, taking it to the PC and modifying it that way, but has a chance to corrupt the save to the point of being unplayable. It's not recommended.

It also can't be done with a game like ESO that will be scanned on launch for alterations.

Thanks for the info. I hope they do patch some of them in before release.

They featured an Addon on the official ESO website (Wykyyd's Framework), so they know there is great benefit from some of them. If any of them are exemplary enough, and it makes the game better, why not include it as an option in the retail version that will be released?

There is still time before the console release to include a selected few.

Yeah, something like Khajiit Speak seems integral to the immersion of the Elder Scrolls world. If you play a Khajiit, your responses in the dialogue responses should be in Khajiit Speak.
