Could you, please, be so kind and explain to me how you are getting the "same" lag in US as we get in EU. Isn't the actual distance a factor when lag is concerned?

If the server response is slower than the lantency delay it doesnt matter from where you are connected.

NO... that just lead to tons of ninja-raiding by VR10+s all over the map. This way forces battles to require strategy and not just mindless ram doors down and take fast.
