LOL same guy strikes again, hang on we can't name and shame though, so lets call this guy G.wars. No that's too easy lets call him, Guild.W.

If this guy is legit let him prove it, but imo guilty until proven innocent in this case.

*EDIT* Same guy has blazing shields that hit for 7k

1. Server lag (it's always server lag if you listen to THEM)

We have a member in our guild who has this hard hitting ability, its not a hack just a very complicated build.

he solo's flags by himself, his tempalr damage shields kill peopel in one hit, his two handed abilities hit for 3k+ his vampires bane hits people for 2000 damage even if they have 2000+ spell resistance.

his name is g****wars and hundreds of players have sent bug reports with death recap screenshots and they stil lhavent done anything.

DAMN RIGHT I AM NAME SHAMING. It's time he gets banned. he cleaved a grop of 4 people for 4k and they died. they were v12.

Does he have the Aedric buff? We had this issue a few times on pts. Wouldn't surprise me if someone found a way to get it back into cyrodiil.

I didnt see the death recap before respawning, but I have NEVER seen any ability in the game that drains the enemy's magicka or stamina, and certainly not 100% of both pools within less than a second.

This is simple version of combat that has plagued the game since early beta. It was gone for a while but its basically client-server disconnect when you take to much damage to quickly for system to handle.

explain further about this buff.. I really want to know if hes exploiting a game mechanic or altered code somehow. DC zone chat is always talking about him to the point of 245234562 different people saying "submitted my 5th death recap screenshot to ZOS, I hope it works today". hes more OP than any emperor.

How far have you gotten in the story? VR Territories yet? ;p

For those that haven't gotten there the actual info is in the spoiler.

When you go to fight Molag Bal at the end of the main story campaign your character receives a "Buff" along the lines of Aedric Might(Don't remember the exact name) to make the fight with MB seem more epic, by raising the players damage numbers, main stats, regen, etc, etc. The numbers people listed if they are close to accurate, coincide with about how much damage a player'd be doing with that buff.

Interesting. yea I remember that. But yea, hes doing something that can wipe large groups if they don't range him down when he spams blazing shield. I saw him charge into a resource, spam cleave and clear the flag almost instantly. EP doesnt care what hes doing, they cheer him on.

I'm EP, and I had no clue this was going on. I took one look at his 6.6k stampede and shook my head. It's sad that this sort of thing doesn't get fixed sooner.

Why does this player still exist? The evidence is certain. He has been reported by several people, through the system put in place. Why does he yet exist?

A good way to preempt exploitation before it happens is to show that it will not be tolerated by swiftly taking action when the evidence is certain.

Yeah, I remember that. This sounds exactly the same as what we experienced on the PTS a while back.

This player has been banned. He hasn't been online for days and his name was changed. Anyways he can 1 shots mercs with 9.6k hp with cresent sweep sounds legit. lol Anyways if it was legit his ass wouldn't have been banned herpa derp scrubs. See your zerg on goldbrand.

Lets hope he is banned, and not juts new name hiding somewhere. Along with that hopefully they fixed the possible exploit too

LOL, he did get banned..
Because his Name broke the rules, so he received a 3 day ban and had to change his name.
However hitting 6k? Well its not an exploit or a cheat as I said. So he received nothing for that.

If it is Aedric buff then it is an exploit, as it's only meant for that particular area of the quest line. However I thought that buff only increases damage vs undead and daedric, so if it is that r the victims vampires? There is no legit spec that could be hitting those numbers.

If he is legit prove it we don't need to see his spec just some evidence. Zenimax surely can't be this blind.

My character wasnt a vampire or werewolf, so I dont know how that'd factor in.

I don't need to prove what I am saying.
ZoS have actually looked into your complaints and found his name was against he rules, but his build, and how he does what he does, is not.

If anything ZoS will change how the mechanics work in order to balance it.
Also its not the Aedric buff.

Yea, I didnt know about the detect stealth potions, but at least that bit of the issue was explained.

Still doesnt explain the quick death or drained stamina/magicka.

If he has crit pots..crit buffs..crit armor and crit skills and your health is only slightly above 2k 4 crits and your gone...4 skills...in a matter of seconds and you're dead.

HOWEVER, I did mention that crit to my BF and the first thing from his mouth was HAX!!

If I can achieve that type of crit with a simple build and greatsword sign me up!

I don't think people are understanding what this player was accomplishing with single presses of a button.

A SINGLE cresent sweep clearing all the NPC's in front of a keep.
A SINGLE charge ability 1 shotting players in melee
A SINGLE Range attack one shotting players and guards off the walls.

Now the interesting thing about it is he would run around one shotting for a bit.
Than 2 hours later all his damage would be regular again for a bit. Then BOOM back to being god mode.

He actually logged on the day after he was one shotting everyone left and right an entire night and his damage was garbage the second day.

So having a special build does not explain the huge variance in his damage.
