it's the sub that says we should get better.

Amen. We can cry in the forums all we want but at the end of they day the voice that screams the loudest that "it ain't working" is money. They'll wake up, maybe not until they have 5 subs left, but they will get the message.

Game has like 10 bugs... world ends.

7 WEEKS...GAME HAS BEEN OUT FOR 7 WEEKS.

    Cry a river.

Only 10 bugs, now that's funny!

Well, in all fairness perhaps he's encountered only ten bugs. :/

I've managed about 45 minutes of play since 1.1.2 was released. I suffer from almost constant DCs and 301s.

Game is unplayable for many due to these totally game stopping issues.

I know what the EULA says, even so a standup company would issue their customers some compensatory time to cover their periods of inaccessibility. I've seen arguments in these forums defending Zeni as a few days are a matter of little money, well I'll put that argument on its head - as it costs Zeni nothing to soothe customers feeling cheated, after all a happy customer will re-sub while a disgruntled customer will leave never to come back. It's not the money for me, rather the lost opportunity to play, and over a long holiday weekend as well. I'll always be upset at the loss, but would be mollified by a friendly gesture. This commercial endeavor of running a MMO is not without capable competition. As of now I find ESO not a worthy product to spend my time or money on due to my inability to even log in!

This is totally unsatisfactory service, only 45 minutes over eight days now. Unsat!

Game is good, not perfect, but it's fun, and it's going to give me several years of entertainment. It has it's problems. Every game does. I have seen maybe 2 hackers total in a month and a half, which is about average for any MMO I have played.

Personally can't wait till most burn out and leave or rage quit, then we can have a good solid community like LoTRO and Rift have. Those games have aged very well. If anyone remembers Rift had 6 months of hell and bug laden patches at release. Now it's one of the most successful themeparks around.

Either stick with it or not, but I look forward to things calming down once people stop whining constantly as with any MMO the first 6mos-1 year.

I do hope that you're joking. Rift wasn't bad then it went f2p. I tried it again recently and it was HORRIBLE. It's packed with immature people talking about each others moms and Chuck Norris and how WoW was the first MMO. The game itself isn't bad or wasn't when I played it but the players leaving changed the model and the community is FAR from being better.

You've seen 2 hackers in a month and a half? Open your eyes, then. I saw about 200 in the last 2 days. When the GM logs in for 15 minutes, there's about 50 people in chat telling the GM where to go to get them. So just because you are either totally blind or totally fanboi'ing doesn't mean that it's not a problem.

Getting rid of people who talk about issues doesn't make the game any better. If hearing people talk about issues upsets you, don't read the forums. You've been a pretty active participants on the forums as per your number of stars so something doesn't smell right here. No. It's not my Depends! I checked! Losing people= lesser budget and maybe even a change to f2p. f2p doesn't mean that the game ''failed'' as some games start out that way but a good many of us refuse to play f2p games (I am one of them) and we have our reasons. More people who aren't helping financially (or not much), who are only good if they never talk about any issues...How is that good for a game? Let's just accept all the screwups and when we have so little people that they do accept those due to lack of care, it will be a great community. I may be stoned but I'm not that stoned.

The community here is pretty good. I've seen people help out each other a lot. The issues are when people cannot even log in anymore and people like you ask them to stop whining. They aren't whining. They are letting devs know that the product they paid for isn't working. What you're saying is basically this: You buy a clock. It doesn't work and none of the clocks from this model work. People who *** about it should just throw it out and get another clock because they are the issue, not the maker of the clock. People who keep the clock that doesn't work and take it as is after paying for it and not letting the clockmaker that it's broken are awesome people. I'm sorry but I have another word to describe them...it's not awesome!

That's ultimately true, but if the devs are smart, they are paying attention to what is being said. There is enough MMO history to know that big drop offs in subs are preceded by a lot of noise on the forums.
