No mail received and I can t connect to my account page because I m banned . I did call the support and they told me to wait 24 to 48 hours and then recall em if they didn t call me before

LOL thought just occurred to me, maybe their devs just flipped a switch to mass ban all live players and left the bots regen spamming heals at anomalies.

Not saying the OP has done this and they may very well be the victim of being caught up in a false ban, but I feel that quite a few of the people that are claiming to be banned even though they haven't botted are missing the exploitation side of things.

IE: In the VR4 quest "Thwarting the Altmari" (I think was the name) after the Craglorn patch, the final area was bugged so that endless mobs of 2 or 3 kept coming through the portal. As soon as I realised it was bugged I submitted a report and moved on. Talking with some of the other players in the area they told me they had been trying to get people to come out to see if the room would reset and try again. A bunch of players were sitting there destroying the mobs and saying they weren't leaving, they were getting a lot of VXP and had collected a fair amount of loot including purples. Now, they weren't botting... but they were still exploiting a bug and KNEW it was a bug. That alone is grounds for a ban. I came back and checked half an hour later and the majority were still there conversing back and forth while exploiting, one guy said "Well, they won't be banning for something like this, they need the subs". Now, I would be willing to bet that all of them (if they get a ban for it) will be coming here and crying that they were unjustly banned.

If something is broke, report it and move on. If it is going to give you lots of XP and loot because of the bug, report it and move on. Don't get sucked into exploiting as it could lead to a ban.

Again, not levelling this at the OP, just an observation.

Of course Craglorn hasn't been nerfed in last patch. It was just added in last patch. Exploiting a system bug is bannable as well as botting. Don't the guilty always say they did nothing wrong.

Because they never banned innocent players before and openly admitted to and apologized for it...oh wait...

well 2 of my guildmates are banned too but all we did together is farm that dungeon in craglorn I ve been talking about and do the archive trials without any gamebreacking mechanics. I know what kind of stuff are bannable like exploits, but when you think about it most of people that used exploit weren t banned like vampire etc etc.
To answer you question you have to report bugs and avoid em but I still don t know why I m banned. I ll give the reason as soon as I get it but does anybody is in the same situation as we are ?

No its in craglorn , it is a dungeon but I can't remember the name of it , there is basicaly a path and at the end of it there is a boss (3 snakish npc) with adds.

If you look through all that legal crap you agreed to when you made your account you'll see in there that zenimax does not need to give you a reason or contact you when being banned, not saying they don't do that but they do not need to.

Judging by his English perhaps he was selling gold. oh... snap.. gunna get yelled at.
