    Why does it take so long to put the patches up to start downloading? We have this big block of time where the servers are down, great time to download the patch, but instead we get to start downloading it just before the servers come back up...

    This I'll agree with. Seems like they could set the system up to let us download a patch file without installing it, so there are no issues in case of a rollback.

    City of Heroes did this for their "Issue" updates.

    You may call it what you like; your McDonald's takes longer than mine, your McDonald's has worse service than mine. If you're fine with that and don't mind extra waiting, that's okay, and I mean that honestly. You don't need to defend it to me.

    If they're not meeting a standard, I'll still call them out on it. I'm not asking for something unreasonable, because other companies can, have and do do better in this regard. It's not impatient to point out deficiency.

    I love ES. I want this game to be the best it can be, and sugarcoating things when they're not doing as well as other companies is not something I personally feel helps them.
