You cant roll out of talons anymore . But they *** up the range which was already small.
You are now immune to immobilizing effects during the time you are roll dodging, in addition to breaking out of existing effects when you begin the roll dodge.

You forgot the part that now even more NB skills are bugged, Bolt Escape teleports you to Balmora and templars can now dual wield resto staffs.
