I have both but when editing the one in the "liveeu" folder didn't work I tried the other one too, still nothing. I'll try deleting the live folder..

The trick is to ensure that, if you are using TextEdit to change the file, toy need to switch off the smart quote setting in TextEdit settings. If not then it replaces the existing ones and it doesn't recognise this and rewrites it.

Turn that off, ensure that auto spell check also off should help and also it is plain text not rich text mode. Do it that way and carefully check you don't leave a space etc. Save the file then try. It should retain the setting after launch and quit then as it does for me once I realised what was happening. Not obvious.

Thanks for the help people, as Moonraker said it was the settings in TextEdit..
smart quote was replacing the quotation marks with something the game doesn't recognise, works perfectly now

That actually fixed the blurry blob that was my horse and some other blurry textures. With a performance hit ofc..

Yes it does, in the end I set it to -2 , it still uses up memory faster but it really makes a difference to how things look so I think I can live with that.. for now
