I no longer see the patcher when starting the game and because of that my client has not been patched.
So now when I try logging in I get:
"INVALID CLIENT - you've attempted to use an invalid or out-dated client. Please exit and update your client using the patcher"
this is a catch 22, I can't update the client using the patcher because apparently I don't have it anymore.
I think the problem may have orginated when I uninstalled the Beta client.
I have submitted an incident report and got a reply that it is a problem with my graphics card ! wtf ? are you kidding me ? ok I realize it was an automated keyword system that tried to resolve it, so I have replied back for a human to please read the details of my issue. I have not heard back and valuable time is a wasting here !

Is there a way to download the patcher and not have to reinstall the whole friggin game ?????

I haven't really been visiting the forums so have no idea what the response time is to hear back from someone at ESO but for this being a Customer Support channel it's fast becoming very disappointing that my issue seems to be falling on deaf ESO ears.0
