Server status - Maintenance duration and ETA

I could swear you guys had a server staus forum where we could see on what annoying times you have maintenance this time and when it's complete.
Maybe I missed the memo but http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/categories/server-status is gone so where does one get the info from now?

I have a big red notice above the forum threads, that says the EU server is off-line. But it doesn't have a time stamp, or any other time-related information on it, that indicates exactly when they took the server down for maintenance. I assume it went down approxiamtly 4.00 a.m. cest, as that is the stipulated, regular time for it.0 -

is NOT giving an ETA.Most regularly scheduled maintenance periods will last for no more than a few hours.
You guys state that it starts 04:00 AM CEST and it's 11:30 CEST now..
You need 7,5 hours to do maintenance? If I sound like a kid who doesn't gets his candy, don't bother to flame, everyone has his/her opinion, but please tell me what I am missing here.

I hope they just roll it back. This could kill ESO0 -
My client seems to think the servers are back up, but the launcher app does not find a patch!

yep, servers seems up, but "invalid client"
I guess the patching is done server side but they didn't push it yet on the clients
hoping this means they will roll back and NOT force us to go on this bugged version0 -
Well the patch they are installing is quite a big one and the result of patching the NA server was, shall we say, less than stellar, judging by the comments on numerous other threads, on this forum. And if the EU server is still located in Texas, they are doing the maintenance and patching during the night shift. (4.00 a.m. CEST is 10.00 p.m. in Texas, if I'm not mistaken.) This is just pure speculation on my part, but maybe it's taking them so long because:
A: The staff doing it are tired and fatigued from lack of sleep and/or working insanely long hours.
B: They are actually trying to fix some of the bugs in the patch "on the fly".
Or C: Both A and B.

You know that people can have nightshift work hours right?
Anyway, the server is up but there's no patch, how do you argue with that?

Yes I know that people can have nightshift work hours. I used be one of those people, I have personal experience on just how much working nights can **** up your mental health and cognitive functions.
Just speculating again, but maybe the gave up on applying the patch on the EU server, because of all the crap it did to the NA server?
