if i sign that eula in germany before i pay its legal
otherwise to include sommething like that in an eula in germany makes the whole eula in germany naught
theire whole eula is naught, instead the general laws between customers and sellers apply.
thats the law in germany. eula s are a joke, because they break german law and therfore are naught. just ignore them in germany every company goto be lawfull acording to german law
