However the suits have inspired several companies like Valve to add a "you can't file a law suit against us" in their EULA which you have to agree to in order to play and every time you log into the game you technically agree to it again.
It's like when credit card companies were getting sued for various reasons. They added a "you can't sue us, any arbitration will be handled by a committee of our choosing"0 -

Second, European law already allows European Customers to demand a refund.
Third, I don't think a jury in those courts would be Texan.
Fourth, I'm reasonably sure the higher courts don't even have juries.
