We also need vendors to sell RNG non-fragment leads. The two vendors only sell fragments right now. For example, there are leads that drop from the daily Cyrodiil conquest coffers, but they're not mythics or music boxes (they're individual items), so they're never for sale. How do players who don't go into Cyrodiil but want to complete the codex get these leads?

What's so special about them? I can buy leads from trials without ever doing a trial. Same with dungeons. If I want to complete the codex, why can't I buy the lancers?
