You can't just say that the fact that there is a discussion about something is proof that the discussion will never bear fruit, that doesn't even make any sense. You are and have objectively dodged meaningful conversation anytime someone has engaged with you on DK. Wings and streak are two different CCs but there are plenty of instances in which wings is much stronger than streak. Streak is stronger in open field combat or when the person or people you are playing against have no way of closing the distance. Wings is stronger for almost every other scenario, fighting in towers, kiting around LoS, and even for dealing with the srocs that everyone seems to be having such issues with because it mitigates a large portion of their damage, more that any other ability with the exception of ults would.
