Never heard of it. It is from an American comedy show?
Glad to see some folks are thieving with Cambio at their side. Since Cambio is a new kind of assistant, it's always helpful to hear about how you're using the new rooster when playing. Anyone have tales of how Cambio assists you?

I am no fan of Cambio. It basically makes Outlaw Refuges pointless. I like the refuges. I feel like a criminal when going there, dealing with other undesirables, underground in a cool location. Of course it is more convenient to just summon an NPC to do everything but that kills a lot of RPG flavor for me to do everything on the spot. We already don't need to go out in the world for many services anymore. Banker, Merchant, Deconstructing, Armory and now this. I like QoL too but I still want to live in an RPG world and don't just summon an NPC for everything.
I know I am in the minority with this opinion but hey.

Out of curiosity, how does this assistant prevent you from simply... continuing to visit the Outlaw Refuges for RPG and flavor/fun purposes?

It doesn't. It is just a sign of the times that the game is getting more and more watered down. Next step is the Banker being able to handle guild store business. So we literally have every service right where we stand. I am sure people would love that, too. Would I still be able to visit the Bank? Sure. Would I like that change? No.
Crafting Tables are so inconvenient. You have to move between them. Why not have a Crafting NPC I could summon where I can do ALL my crafting? Genius idea.
I am exaggerating of course but this looks like the way things could possibly be going.

Inconvenience shouldn't be a tent pole for game design. If the player experience can be improved to remove friction and tedium, it should.
