I agree.
But I also think what we actually saw of the Shivering Isles in the last quest looked too much like Vvardenfell. The structures were all just reused Telvanni buildings. And those have a too specific look to just be reused somewhere completely different, in my opinion. And yes, I know the daedric princes can recreate any mortal architecture they want, but I would still have prefered something that looks more unique and not just like another part of Telvanni Peninsula. Just making the sky look more alien could have already helped changing the atmosphere.

If they wanted the cheese thing so much, why not make the final set piece set on a moon made of CHEESE? that would require making new assets of course, for a relatively short quest line that's almost completely reusing old locations and assets, but it would have at least been a bit funny
A MOON made of CHEESE, and it's a Daedric realm, so the sky can be purple with floating islands of other cheese, maybe even different kinds of cheese? (Yellow, White, Red wax cheese)
