My Account Was Mistakenly Banned for No Reason

Hello

My account has been banned, and I believe this action was taken in error.

I have not done anything wrong or intentionally violated the rules. My last time playing was on the ESO PTS approximately 6 days ago, and I have not logged in since then.

I have been playing ESO for a long time and have always tried to follow the game’s rules and guidelines.

Due to recent staff cuts, our teams are a bit smaller than usual and we are working to get to everyone as soon as we can, in the order that tickets are received. That said, I checked in again and it is indeed still active and in queue.

What about disabling your (semi-) automatic bans as long as you don‘t have the resources to check them properly?

I know, I know. There is no AI that bans the people. But there obviously is some algorithm that checks for suspicious behavior and suggests a ban and some burned out employees then click yes to all.
You guys are producing even more work for yourselves by this „let‘s make the algorithm do the work for us“ as there are so many people banned for apparently no reason these days.
