Felines/cats. The available options don't work because Senche Raht's are modeled on the bear animation, not the cat animation.
I voted horses, because I like them the most. But one of my favourite mounts is my disco mount. There's nothing like riding around on a flashy feline with attitude, leaving flowery footsteps behind.
Depends on the character, but generally medium-sized mounts in preference to small or large ones. Maybe it's just my own perception, but wolves, senche, ornaugs, and the like feel a bit more snappy and seem to jump a bit better than others. With one exception, my Khajiit characters ride around on senche or sabre-cats, my Bosmer ride wolves, I've got an Altmer on the High Isle ornaug and haven't changed it (other Altmer ride Indriks), and the Dunmer likes horses. The other characters ride similar mounts, but no one uses anything outside of those four or five types.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.
I like all mounts (except Guar and Dwemer, oh and most monster looking ones) but some of the large ones like bears, camels, the sencht raht, quassiwhatever just makes me feel nauseous. I like the looks of them but all that bouncing I can't stand.
oh, and on an opinion level I don't count durzog mounts as canine
I use mostly senches, and senches only, not the senche-rahts because of their weird running animation which I dislike. The smooth gait and the silent paws suite me rather than noisy horse hooves.
The only other one I use is the original gray nix-ox I got when I bought Morrowind because it is smooth and quiet too.
Canids, felids and hoof stock (horse/indrik) share the top spot for me. I do enjoy the model work on a lot of the others and some do see use on my alts, but I prefer mounts with smooth motion. The camels sway, the dwemer spiders skitter too much and while the bouncy beat butts are good for a joke, I avoid them for frequent travel.
I like all manner of individual Mounts rather than a specific type over the others. My characters all have a Mount that either suits their theme (my crafter/general content do'er has a Zombie theme so she has the Zombie Horse, coincidentally she's also a healer who's name is Stands-Against-Death lol) or fits their character RP-wise.
And since we're talking about Mounts, can I say how much I dislike the Hyena? I don't understand why they didn't just make a new rig for it instead of using the Senche-Raht skeleton. Surely it couldn't have taken TOO much time and effort to model it after an actual irl hyena? Or at the very least just model it after a wolf or something? It looks so unnatural as it is x__x.

Niralae Elsinal: Young Altmeri woman with way too much Magicka and Vampire husbando
Slondor: TESified Slenderman, except lazier and has more of a thing for deals than Clavicus Vile does

I like senche and indrik/deer a lot but rams hold a unique place in my heart. When they came out, I wanted to collect them all. But I knew that would not be smart of me due to how much money that’d cost. So, I didn’t. But I do have and love Skyram and the Sanguine ram.

Senches (not senche rahts) are the only mounts that move smoothly enough that I don't feel queasy riding them. I really enjoy their running animation; somehow they look like they move faster even though I know it's not true. The other types of mounts' up-and-down movements are not comfortable to look at for long periods of time. And I dislike the slapping the guar's behind animation.
My Dunmer ride either guars or nix oxen
My Bretons, Nords and Imperials ride horses (the exception is my reachman who rides the Malacath sabrecat)
My Redguards ride horses or camels
My Orcs ride either bears or the Malacath sabrecat
My Bosmer ride either horses or deer
My Khajit ride either normal Senche cats or a Senche-raht
For my companions:
Mirri rides a guar
Bastian and Isobel ride horses
Zerith-Var rides a Senche-raht

I'm not sure that the poll is phrase correctly, because I couldn't pick a single type of mount or a mount at all. It depends on my character, my main is a Bosmeri huntress but she uses the dwarven ebony wolf because I'm so proud of the efforts I invested to get it, but my other characters have various mounts depending of their race.
The Altmer has an Indrik, the Nord has a wolf, the orc a polar bear (or the other way round, I don't remember ^^)... I think each type of mount has examples that I find beautiful and others that I don't like at all. My least favourite types probably are heavy weight and camels.
And mammoths. These fluffy guys are way too big, and their riders never care to get down when in cities.
