My account has been blocked, couldn't get a password reset so had to submit a support ticket. Spent a few days going back and forth and eventually my request is denied for having insufficient evidence so, while the ticket is still open, I ask what other evidence i can give to resolve this but the ticket just gets closed without a reply. So i submit another ticket explaining all this, asking what other options I have. Three days later the ticket is still marked as "waiting for agent" , would really appreciate if someone could have a look or anything really.
