Not receiving password reset email

I have forgotten my account password and need to reset it, i've gone through all the steps like whitelisting the address that support advices, I know the email address is right and have waited about 2 days at this point and still nothing. I'm kind of running out of options and would really appreciate it if someone could help out, thanks.

✭✭✭✭✭At least in the past, many people had problems receiving these emails. I don't know if that issue has ever been solved. My only suggestion would be to try putting in a support ticket if nothing's working - maybe they can help.
If you can't get into your account, you can still send a support ticket through account recovery.0
