Hello everyone! Yesterday, about an hour after logging out of the game, I received an email about the account being banned for cheating, which came as a complete surprise to me. I was peacefully doing scribing quests in Riften right before that, but I noticed some lags and a drop in performance while playing in the location. I planned to continue the next day, but I was unable to log in to the game and account on the site due to the ban. I don't quite understand what happened, I've never used any cheats or programs, I've been playing since 2014 (Steam account since 2018), participated in the beta test. I even remember Ophelia Core 
Perhaps some addons or VPNs can affect this? I use Minion and Tamriel Trade Center. I haven't played for a long time, returned to the game 3 weeks ago with a new interest, and bought an ESO+ subscription and ton of crowns. I have not received any reply to my request in the mail.
