Account banned

Hello everyone! Yesterday, about an hour after logging out of the game, I received an email about the account being banned for cheating, which came as a complete surprise to me. I was peacefully doing scribing quests in Riften right before that, but I noticed some lags and a drop in performance while playing in the location. I planned to continue the next day, but I was unable to log in to the game and account on the site due to the ban. I don't quite understand what happened, I've never used any cheats or programs, I've been playing since 2014 (Steam account since 2018), participated in the beta test. I even remember Ophelia Core :) Perhaps some addons or VPNs can affect this? I use Minion and Tamriel Trade Center. I haven't played for a long time, returned to the game 3 weeks ago with a new interest, and bought an ESO+ subscription and ton of crowns. I have not received any reply to my request in the mail. Ticket now is #260423-001873

Communicating by mail with a response once a week is, of course, unacceptable for such a project in 2026. I provided all the data: the answer to the secret question, which is exactly correct, the card number, screenshots of purchases. I've already lost two weeks of eso+ subscriptions, 8000+ crowns are stuck in my account. Why do I have to prove that my account, which has been mine for 8 years, is really mine? 1400+ hours of play. Because of some fictional block supposedly for my own safety? I don't understand this situation, and I don't want to be disappointed in the project, guys.
