Night Market & Group Finder

@zos Might I make a suggestion?

Since Night Market is group oriented, can we get a link to the group finder: event zone on the F5 page that discusses event zone progress? This will allow people to directly click a link to join up with like minded players in this new zone experience.

Perhaps, with a friendly blurb on grouping up with up to 12 people?

Later on when people are more comfortable, groups of 4 might be more common place, but for now it should be 12.

    Agreed. I think you'd be seeing a lot fewer upset posts from solo players if there was a big red warning box that said "Hey! This event is designed for large groups. Use the group finder to group up!"

    You don't even need to interact with people in the group finder; it's all automated.

    I agree, but I am concerned about the automation of it. I was hosting groups for skirmishes yesterday and on at least two occasions had almost half the group insist they joined a group for a different zone. I was careful and named my group for the district and boss I was going for, but they said I was wrong. It was a little frustrating and I'm wondering if we were both right and maybe there's a bug? Or did they just not pay attention and joined a random group? Not sure, they didn't communicate beyond telling me I was wrong. Disbanding the group and relisting worked both times as the non-participants didn't rejoin.

    But yeah, this zone feels made for the group finder! I hope this makes people more comfortable using it as a tool and think that this is the perfect opportunity for ZOS to highlight it as a feature for returning players or folks who just never cared to use it before.

    Hopefully that was a one off. And doesn’t happen again.
