Either stick around for the whole match or don't que up at all. Also if you do have a problem with DK's then thats on you for not knowing how to counter them (stun+ranged). Also since DKs are legit just fire use fire resistance enchantments on jewelry and dont be a vampire.

Why would poeple want to spend 10 minutes in a game they know they are going to lose. I dont necessarily blame them for just leaving.

What do you lose, exactly? In the end, worst case scenario, you end up gaining a little amount of XP and a little amount of AP. Nothing to lose, really. And it's certainly faster to go down and die and quickly end a one-sided Deathmatch (that usually ends in a couple of minutes) rather than going out and wait for the deserter penalty to cooldown. I'll never understand people who ragequit battleground: even if you lose the match you lose nothing, just gain something in the end either way. Quitting a battleground is one of the dumbest thing you can do. The only dumber option is camping on your spawn like a lot of Pvers do (which screams from miles away "I'm bad at PvP and don't know what I'm doing!!!!") Friendly advice to all people doing that, get in the fight and die quickly. You will be less noticed.

The problem is not a single DK. A single DK is not that hard to kill. I even think that the metaclass build is stronger. The problem is when there are 3-4 DKs in one team. When 3-4 DKs focus you, survival is practically impossible even while holding a block. And there is constant cross-healing between the DKs.
It would be enough to distribute DKs evenly across teams. I think this will restore balance in BG 4v4.

Not agreeing at all, DK on its own its busted enough, more DKs just makes it worse. The things i could on my DK characters i could only dream on doing on my other characters and that would seem to stay that way even after class mastery comes out(never been much of a zorc guy) if their not taken care of.

Maybe if pve players didn't disown anyone who dies in a dungeon there wouldn't be this fear of dying dynamic.
Still zos should EASILY be able to have match failsafes when there are not full lobbies. Its 2026 and the gaming industry should know how to make simple TDM lobby systems work.

Just got into BG 8v8. The opposing team deliberately doesn't try to finish the match quickly, they just farm the poor guys who got unlucky with their team. Notice the time... 15 minutes standing under the balcony and killing at the respawn... Maybe we should have also tried to amuse the opposing team here?

Now it's our turn to get our characters back, they're being refreshed bc of this awful Subclass disaster that will never be balanced as long as it exists. Add a dps cap in both PvE and PvP. There are armor caps, crit caps, ect. If you're wearing 3k crit resistance, you should understand there is entirely too much damage.

There were stat caps, both hard and soft, in beta and at launch. People complained and we lost them. It would have been a much better way to address power creep all of these years...

I don't understand why, but it often happens that 3-4 Death Knights end up in the same team. And considering their whip spam and cross heal, the other team doesn't stand a chance. You can still play against 1-2 Death Knights in the opposing team. But 3v4 in battlegrounds is a problem. For example, in January I had only 4 battlegrounds in a whole month where my team was in the majority. In other months, about 80-85% of battlegrounds had my team in the minority. And every third battleground is 3v4. When I play as a pure Death Knight, it's even fun, but when I started playing as a necromancer, it became a big problem. It could, of course, be some technical issue with my account, because such 3v4 battlegrounds should be 50/50. I should probably contact technical support. Although I am for there being no such battlegrounds at all. (And it doesn't seem that way to me, and I have started keeping track of the number of 3v4 battlegrounds out of principle). Not to mention that sometimes players go AFK due to team imbalance. Perhaps it is worth playing 8v8 BG instead. At least there the difference in team strength isn't as harsh as it is in 7v8 BG.
Immediately got into BG 3v4I went into BG, where someone had already left. And, naturally, there were 3 DKs on the opposing team.
I could take screenshots like this all day...
