Things have finally started moving on my end, and I can confirm that I received 13 Premium Tome Tokens, BUT unfortunately, that’s still not enough considering how many months I have left on my ESO+ subscription after 13 months counting from now.

I received the same kind of email about 1h ago, so I checked in-game, but they only applied the 13 premium tome tokens/caches to my PS NA account (and not to the EU one, where those currencies still remain at zero).
So I guess it's progress, but now I will reply them about that missing part in my ticket 260402-001226
I can also confirm that they have added 3 Premium & Caches to my account. I believe this is what I am owed as I would imagine in August when I renew ESO plus I will be awarded for August despite it being half way through month.
I hope everyone else gets what they are owed too
