The cinematic music defaults back to being toggled "ON" each time I login. I like it "OFF"

✭It's not just that: many audio settings get reset every time the game restarts. It's a bug that was present in the past, got fixed, but returned in U49.
For example, I have to set my Effects Volume manually to 2 every time I restart the game, because it defaults to 11.
It's not an addon issue. It's a returning bug. Please fix it for good! It's super annoying.
