Says rerolls stacks up to 12 somewhat but You can not reroll a challenge if you’ve claimed Tome Points who answered one question.

You can reroll a weekly challenge, not a saisonal. And only if its not in progress yet, i think.
Just hover over the challenge, then you have a select option on the bottom line.

If it persists and the other tasks appear weekly then it's not such a headache. You could drip kill over the season.
