Yeah, tier is 0 and not progressing after playing for 3 hours.

I reset my campaign to "re-home" the camp, and my progression is stuck at 0. My progress won't progress for campaign reward tiers now. So not only was my progress reset to 0, no amount of AP earned will get me above 0 progress for reward tiers for the campaign.

Did this hit the leaderboards, too? We ranked on vet DSA yesterday, but now the leaderboards are empty and we didn't get any rewards. Edit: PCNA

I thought this was fixed, because today when I logged into my sorcerer, it showed the campaign points. However, when I logged back into my Necro, it again showed 0 points for this campaign. And on the leaderboards it transferred all the points to my Sorcerer and removed my Necro.
Also I played my DK all evening and accrued no credit for the campaign.
So this strange bug is not fixed yet.
Is it the case that in the new system you can only have one character on the pvp leaderboard? That would at least explain some of this

I thought I was nuts but I am levelling a new toon, spent a load of time in cyrodil last night and it still reads 0 PCNA. I'm glad you guys know what happening. Sort of the same on EU. A couple of them have the 3 but the bar isn't fillef in.

I haven't noticed this "bug" on either PCNA or PCEU-- both of my mains have shown their correct end-of-campaign rewards tiers since installing U49-- but then I PvP on only one character per server. I wonder if the players who've been having trouble with this "bug" could clarify how many characters they PvP on, and whether the "bug" occurs on all characters or on all but one character, because that might help the devs narrow down what's going on.

I only have one PvP toon in GH.

Maybe the problem is limited to that campaign. It is the only populated one on my server.

I wanted to write a separate topic, but I saw yours, so I’ll write here. Here I will talk about characters and accounts on PC-NA

Hi everyone! I already contacted technical support about this in the UI bugs section, but they responded that they had taken note of this information and recommended me post about the issue I had reported to them on the forum. They also added that they would no longer respond to this information.

Below, I'll describe the problem and attach a few screenshots. My wife and I are farming AP in Cyrodiil on different characters on our accounts to reach Level 1 Tier and receive 50 Transmutation Geodes on each character as a reward at the end of the campaign. This year, bugs started popping up where we weren't receiving our rewards, even after meeting the Tier 1 requirements (25k+ AP on each character and the home campaign installed). At the beginning of the year, technical support partially restored the Transmutation Geodes, but the issue remains unresolved. So, this month, we noticed that even after meeting the reward requirements, we were seeing some strange errors in the interface.

Firstly, some characters in the Cyrodiil campaign interface show that they've reached the required AP (this is visible on the campaign leaderboard), but their reward progress is zero, and further AP farming doesn't advance the progress bar. Secondly, some characters don't even display their earned AP on the leaderboard, and their reward progress bar is zero at the end of the campaign. They've clearly met the requirements—at least 25,000 AP—and the home campaign is installed. Further AP farming also doesn't change anything. Thirdly, we've tried disabling all add-ons and farming, but that doesn't solve the problem either.

Ultimately, we've met the reward requirements on six characters on each account (mine and my wife's), but only for one character can we see both reward progress (one, two, or more) and our leaderboard position (total AP earned). We're experiencing issues with other characters. We'd like to receive our rewards and ask technical support to look into this issue. We're also asking players who may be experiencing similar issues to advise us on how to resolve this issue

Glad its a known issue. Same here as well.

So has this been fixed yet? As I logged on just now, after the campaign ended, to get my rewards of the worthy on 8 characters on one account and 5 or 6 on another account and I have no emails with transmutes, so I'm down 400 transmutes on one account, plus the gold, another 250 to 300 transmutes on another account!!!!

FYI I'm on Xbox NA

Although the incremental patch did resolve the tier rank reset, of the 15 characters that had reached tier 3 only one character received the reward. I did notice that as I logged into each character that the name on that one reward changed to the name of the character I was currently logged into but no additional reward was given. I am on Xbox NA.

Edit: after retrieving the reward mail and logging into another character that should have received the reward, no reward was received.
