I’m posting here because I’m honestly not sure what else to do at this point, and I’m hoping someone can advise whether this is normal or help escalate the issue.
I have an open support ticket (created jan 22) that has been stuck in “Waiting on Agent” status since January 27, I haven’t received a single response since then.

To make sure the ticket would not be automatically closed due to inactivity, I have been sending a brief follow-up inquiry roughly once a week to ask about it's status. Despite this, I have still received no reply.
Summary of the issue:
- On January 21, I purchased 1500 Crowns, which were never delivered.
- On January 22, I opened the support ticket mentioned above.
- After waiting for weeks with no response, the issue is still unresolved.
- On February 14, I purchased an additional 5500 Crowns, which also did not arrive. This information, including the transaction IDs, was added to the original support ticket.
For clarity: using the same payment method, I have had other Crown purchases go through successfully, and those were credited immediately. This suggests the issue is not a general delivery delay. In all cases, the funds were deducted from my account, and both purchases appear in my Elder Scrolls Online billing history.
At this point, I have 7000 Crowns unaccounted for.
On February 17, I opened a second ticket just to ask about the status of the first one, in case it had somehow been overlooked. That second ticket was closed without any response and marked as a duplicate.
Is this kind of delay normal? I’ve tried to be patient, but after more than a month without any communication, it has become quite discouraging. I genuinely enjoy the game and want to continue supporting it, but this experience has been disappointing.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
