Skill Scrolls are still usable with special skill bars

When you try to use a Skill Scroll while in Werewolf form, you see this message:

But, when you use a Skill Scroll as a Werewolf Behemoth (Stone Garden variant), it works:

It also works as a watchling in the Infinite Archive:

It even works while wielding Volendrung:

I believe it would also work while transformed into a Skeevaton in Frostvault, while transformed into a goat in the Infinite Archive, and possibly in various other dungeons and story content where you're not normally supposed to have access to the skills from these Skill Scrolls.

As it stands, Werewolf is the only special skill bar prohibited from using Skill Scrolls.

I would also like to test these scrolls, but I still haven’t figured out how to get them. I see that you have around 200 of them, how did you manage to get so many?

They’re in the template character boxes.

And therein lies a significant problem for PvP. Hammer is hard enough to kill as is, since ball groups are drawn to it like moths to a flame. But imagine that power-up with access to a class skill of your choosing. This absolutely needs to be fixed before going live.

Hi all! Thank you very much for raising these examples to us. We can confirm that these are not intended - Skill Scrolls should not be usable when your character is in a transformed state and your skill bar is replaced. We are investigating and getting a bug in for these.
