✭✭✭✭✭Bear in mind it's been the holiday season during which staff will have been off, and a backlog of tickets will have built up. Speed of response will in any event depend on the importance of the issue.
Make sure you respond to every response, however automated and irrelevant, and don't whatever you do submit additional tickets as they will slow things down and put you to the back of the queue.4 -
