My Perception Of The Pure Class Refresh

I'd rather they nerf subclassing so that it doesn't overpower the pure classes. If I have to redo all my characters' builds and gear I will be extremely unhappy.

I don’t want to see a sorcerer breathing fire from their mouth.

I don’t want to see a templar that can spam gravestones.

I don’t want to see a dragonknight running around with flowers, insects, and jellyfish.

“Subclass” breaks Tamriel’s magic and atmosphere.
Elder Scrolls is not that kind of game.

In an MMO way true, but in elder scrolls fashion, this is exactly what made the games so cool. The problem is their implementation. The idea itself is fine, but it was severely undercooked and just ended up rocking balance

From my understanding, they are simply moving abilities around within the Subclasses to get rid of Role-Centric skill lines, and as such, a lot of the flavor text and animations will be changing.

Well, that and making passives generally better.

I hope that's all it is. Thanks.
