No Eastern Solstice Main Quest Giver

There is no Eastern Solstice main quest for any of my characters. The wall is open, but there is no quest giver either in front of it or behind it. The error persists even when I let the game to recreate the live directory (i.e., no add-ons, etc.). In addition, depending on the character, the graphic representation of the wall is different for my characters—e.g., black, transparent curtain or blue vines with a golden passageway. Does anyone else have these problems? I had hoped that this issue would be resolved in connection with the Skyshard problem, but unfortunately that was not the case. I am on the PC EU Megaserver.

Kevin, thx for the response. I entered a bug report under support -> Feedback/Bug, but unfortunately, I did not get a ticket number as this category seems to be only one-way. It says: “Customers will NOT receive a response to feedback submitted using this form. Should you require assistance, please contact Customer Support” There seem to be no other way to report the bug. Specifically, the In-Game Support category and “I have an issue with a quest” sub-category does not work, as I need to have the quest in my journal, which I don’t as there is no main quest giver. As there is no “free form” to enter a ticket, I am not sure how to contact customer services given the ESO support category framework. Perhaps you can help with this. It would be already helpful to know that this is a recognized bug. Many thx in advance for your help.

To rule out that you're not missing a prerequisite: have you completed Western Solstice story and "Crossing the Wall" quest on the character that was trying to start Eastern Solstice? After completing Western Solstice main quests, quest called "Crossing the Wall" begins either from in front of Sunport via talking to a messenger, or in the Sunport Rampart Camp talking to Prince Azah. It's after that quest that you can talk to Prince Azah again at the Sunport Rampart Camp to get the first quest for Eastern Solstice.

The apperance of the wall itself changes depending on quest stages. Those who are seeing the blackish veil have probably completed Crossing the Wall and should find Prince Azah in the Sunport Rampart Camp for the Eastern Solstice main quest start. While those who are seeing the blue probably still need to complete Crossing the Wall.

Many thx for the quest pre-requisite hint, which explains the different graphical appearance of the wall. I will check this for my different chars. Having said this, I have done the necessary pre-requisite quests for sure on my main char and in this case, I see indeed the blackish veil. In fact, I was able to pick up the quest once (about 2-3 weeks ago) but decided to abandon the quest due to the “Hunt for the Great Mage” harvester sides loop back bug, assuming that I can pick up the quest again. However, it turned out that this is not the case as there is no Scordo to pick up the quest again.

Open the zone guide and choose to continue the main story quest. It will show on the map where to pick it up.
