Yep, it's happening on the last character/acct I'm playing each day, so it's not as if I'm suddenly forgetting the steps. Today I even switched up the second daily - instead of Clockwork where it's happened twice, I did and turned in for the second one in Vvardenfell. Same lack of the second ticket, though.

Sunday night, 11/23, only received 1 ticket.

Completed a daily in all three zones and only received 1 ticket total (should have 10 tickets but only have 9). FWIW completed CWC first and received no ticket, completed Summerset and received 1 ticket, then completed Vvardenfell and received no ticket.

Yes, I know. I do one in Summerset on all four girls. The second is generally in Vvardenfell, but this girl also goes to Clockwork. That seems to be when the trouble started, at Clockwork.

In comparison, my other NA account also does a ticket in Summerset and one in Clockwork and has no difficulty.

This seems to be a capricious bug. Still have not even had an auto-acknowledgement of either trouble ticket submitted.

Do you always pick and complete the same type of daily in CC? Are you going for the delve, WB, or Slag Town ones? Just wondering if maybe this is an issue with the way a specific task is categorized in the game code.

I ran into the same issue just now - got my Summerset daily without an issue but then turned in an Ashlander daily and did not get a ticket; the other daily did not offer a ticket either. I picked up a WB one and no dice there either. I went to CWC and nothing there either. No issues at all leading up to today, though I actually forgot to grab any tickets yesterday.

Perhaps it's a new fun game mode where you have to keep doing various dailies during events and hope RNGesus gifts you with a ticket on this blessed day.

Generally speaking, I do the WB in one land and delve in the other. Sunday, I did a Feathered Court daily instead. I have nowhere near the max tickets in inventory.

Ugh. And, of course, it's coming up on US Thanksgiving when there are going to be far fewer staff around. I'd try pinging one of the community managers here with the ticket number, though, and see if they can expedite something.

Meanwhile, since this is only on one out of your four characters, I'm wondering it it's the result of a similar data corruption issue to the Undaunted Golden Chest from back in September? There's another thread over in XBox support where someone had an inventory count issue due to that. Maybe something wasn't properly cleared on that one specific character, and the game thinks you've already received one of the two tickets each time it goes to check. Might be worth a look - it's this thread.

Currency is handled differently to items. It's just a straight number. Event tickets are accountwide so an individual character shouldn't affect it, and the only check that is done is against the maximum number you can have and flagging if you are at the cap.

Edit: I've just double checked the lua code which handles the loot display and there is nothing in there that would cause the issue. Which means there must be a problem in the C++ code that handles the event for gaining currency, which generates a new amount rather than the difference, and should in theory overwrite the old amount. Obviously that doesn't seem to be happening, and I can only speculate what could bug code like that: Game not properly recognising the DLC or Chapter is owned would be the only reasonable way it could bug that I can think of.

No, and to be honest, I don't expect it.

They're still "looking into it" even though they verified that the first ticket was awarded those days butt not the second.

I'd encourage you to hold out for all lost tickets and keep responding to support. If nothing more than to get acknowledgement of the bug(s).

I had same/similar issues with the last event(Witches) as I seemed to always be doing them around the daily reset times, when I found time to engage. And it's these daily reset times that seemed to be where the bug I experienced originated - while most everything else was switched over to the new timers, it seems events have not done so completely (it probably didn't help that there was a daily-saving clock change, too, during the Witch Festival event). I am quite sure this issue has been around for the few years since the daily reset times were changed to their current values. I'm equally sure that zos have had numerous bug reports about the same and yet...here we are. It seemed if you repeated two of the same type on either side of the daily reset timer that fubared ticket awards COMPLETELY for the latter event 'day'; if they were different you could do another event daily an hour or so later (implying then it was the daylight savings that was not accomodated...) and get ticket(s).

It took an escalation and LOT of waiting with a LOT more reminders for whoever was supposed to be reading stuff to actually, you know, read stuff before I finally got the missing tickets. Too late to use during the event, of course...

In the meantime, if you can, I'd suggest not doing dailies on either side of daily reset timers (10am na; 3am eu UTC) or, if you must, then do different dailies and don't just repeat the same one/type(eg do 1 clockwork city then, after daily reset, do an Ashlander). Which, I have to admit, pretty much amounts to "standing on one leg while whistling some random tune backwards with a bucket over your head" type of workaround - until zos get around to fixing the bug(s).

Anyway, I hope you get it resolved and quickly.
