Can’t collect eastern Solstice’s skyshards

Skyshards are not glowing and I can’t pick them up. If I close the game and relog, the skyshard is glowing for a second then dims off, and I still can’t pick it up.

I can confirm that we can get the related achievement on a toon that has collected only a few skyshards from western Solstice.

Same thing here, PS EU. On one of my characters I cannot interact with any skyshard in Eastern Solstice. They appear as collected when I approach them on this character (no beam) and they appear as 'collected' on the map. I do not have the Eastern Solstice Skyshard Hunter Achievement, so I assume they're actually not automatically collected (and it also means I wouldn't be able to buy them if anyone thinks that's the case).

Here's the map with the 'completed' skyshards on my character Molwen Greenheart, it's the character that completed the Western Solstice collection. (please note the undiscovered delves and public dungeon):

Here's the uncollected account-wide achievement (please note one of the Eastern Solstice skyshards in the background that appears to be collected):

I just realized the same, they appear collected on the map, so it must be related to https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/685178/east-solstice-skyshards-wrongly-credited-to-character-on-minimap
Like you, I don’t have the achievement.
PS-EU too.

Same here on PS-EU. And worse is that you don't have the skillpoints from it either.

Same problem here on my main Char. The Eastern Solstice skyshards mentioned tt all have been glowed in zone tracking menu, but they are not. If I moved to achievements they shown as not collected.

I for 100% sure known tt I have not glowing them because of Wall XD.

Let’s hope tt ZOS knowing about this issue and can fix it)

Mine (Skyshards Eastern Solstice) were showing as collected even before the Wall came down. PS EU

The sad thing is that the PTS was launched almost two months ago and it also has the same issue from the beginning. I regret submitting a ticket about this on Monday while I was playing through the story because of this tedious event, and not much earlier.

Xbox EU, my main character (done all quests in E Solstice and has all W Soldtice skyshards) cannot use the skyshards in Eastern Solstice, map shows them as collected.
A different character who hasn't done any questing and also does not have all the skyshards in WS can collect those from ES.

How long until all the broken quests, skyshards and a lot more will be fixed in an update? I would like to finish the main story, collect skyshards and finally be able to hand in the final quest to Skordo for the Writhing Fortress event. I have paid your corporation money for this content and I feel like I've been robbed. So if possible can you fix these issues as soon as humanly possible, I may even want to stay on ESO, who knows.

Since my main character on my main account usually does everything first, and now cannot even collect the shyshards in Eastern Solstice, the enthusiasm for ESO is rapidly dying. It would not have been so bad if we had not already had to endure the torture that was beta testing that event they afflicted us with. I am wondering now how many bugs are in the new area, since it seems they never bothered fixing any of the bugs they have known about for so long.

Seems I have to sacrifice one of my other accounts to beta testing to even have a chance of finishing Eastern Solstice, NOT happy.

Solution: collect all easter skyshards on a toon that hasn't done many on the western side, this will "unlock" the bug and allow your main to collect on the east side. I had 7 of 9 toons complete the western side before the wall event and couldn't get the shards. When the zos post came out on the bug I went to a toon I don't use much and was able to collect the shards. After I got the shard achievement, the eastern shards became available for all my toons.

Same issue and game also gave me a coup[le extra skill points as well as if I collected them

I was able to get the achieves for eastern solstice skyshards by using a character that hasn't done anything in solstice yet
